It is widely reported that President Donald John Trump asked the Justice Department to overturn the 2020 presidential election as many as nine times.

It is also known that Special Counsel Mueller testified before Congress that Trump could be indicted for ten counts of Obstruction of Justice after leaving the presidency.

The question now is what is Attorney General Merrick Garland waiting for?

American Democracy is under Attack. Until the man who inspires domestic terrorism, insurrection, undermines the electoral process and continues to have a stranglehold on the Republican Party is held accountable, there will be no confidence in the Department of Justice.

Therefore, it is imperative the rule of law is applied.
